Friends lunchtime lecture: Mr Walter, Pompeo Batoni and the Grand Tour

Join John Madin, RAMM's Curator of Art to hear about John Rolle Walter (1712-1779) who served as MP for Exeter and Devon, and his portrait by Pompeo Batoni (painted in Rome in 1753) which was recently acquired by RAMM.

Tickets are available by post from FEMAG Ticket Sales, RAMM, Queen Street, Exeter EX4 3RX (cheques made payable to ‘Exeter City Council'; please enclose a stamped addressed envelope), from RAMM in the Library or on the door subject to availability. We regret that telephone bookings and debit and credit card payments cannot be accepted for these events.
