Main Duties
- Meeting and greeting the public and delivering short or full tours to groups. This role includes general interaction with the public and fielding questions
Essential requirements for the role
- Good People Skills - We are looking for people who are sensitive to visitors’ needs and who are happy talking to the public face to.
- Confidence - the ability to deliver tours on a variety of subjects including Natural History, Ancient Worlds and Local History.
- An interest in the museum and collections is essential and full training given.
