Simon Tootell – Volunteer Development and Engagement
I develop and manage opportunities for volunteer engagement, work experience and work placements in all areas of RAMM.
How I ended up at RAMM
A career change in 2006 resulted in me reading a BA in Egyptology and Ancient History followed by a MA in Archaeology and Heritage Management. By 2009 I was volunteering for RAMM and loving every minute of it. In 2013 the opportunity arose for me to become a member of the team!
Best part of my job
Getting to work with all the wonderful people who provide a multiplicity of skills
What I like most about RAMM
The enjoyment everyone gets from engaging with RAMM
If you see me in the Museum, ask me …
How you can help, voluntarily of course!
