What is Connect and what do I get by joining?
Connect is an online community of culture lovers who want to get closer to the museum. By joining, you will receive digital mailings tailored to your interests so you can keep updated with all the latest news, exhibitions, events and offers. Once you join, you’ll have access to special Connect content on the website such as conservation updates and sneak previews. You can also have your say through online surveys and enter prize draws when they are running.
When will I start receiving mailings tailored to my interests?
You will receive the next mailing that goes out after you sign up. Email updates are tailored to your interests once you have answered the ‘Who you are’ questions about the things you like to see and do. If you don’t want to wait, you may like to explore The Inside Story to catch up on our most recent, carefully curated content.
How often will I receive mailings?
We want you to get the most from your museum, so you can expect to receive a digital newsletter every month. Plus occasional bonus email updates for early notice of special events, exhibitions and offers.
How do I change my preferences?
You can manage your preferences at any time.
How will my data be used?
The information you provide will be entered into a database. It will be used to tailor the mailings you receive to your interests, so you can stay connected with the most relevant news, events and exhibitions relating to RAMM and its supporting charities, RAMM Development Trust and Friends of RAMM.

Is Connect different to the Friends?
Yes. Connect is an online offer for people who want to get more from the museum.
By joining Connect, you can enjoy tailored email updates and additional content straight from RAMM, all for free.
Our supporting charity The Friends of RAMM has a paid-for scheme. Joining the Friends is a great way to deepen your relationship with RAMM and meet other supporters. Everyone who joins the Friends supports the museum as subscriptions and Friends event income is used to support the work of RAMM.
