Living Here
Living Here was a wide-ranging RAMM initiative involving people who live and work in Alphington, Cowick, Exwick and St Thomas in a variety of projects all about where they live – its past, present and future. It’s about celebrating what makes the area special and allowing local stories to be told and preserved.
Living Here projects, activities, events, plays, community exhibitions, new publications, films and radio were all captured on a community managed website.
One of the major initiatives in RAMM’s Out and About programme of exhibitions and events during the refurbishment of the Museum building, Living Here – West of the Exe was supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF), with substantial funding from Renaissance and a great deal of support from Exeter City Council
