PHOTOGRAPHIC CONSENT FORM
Exeter’s Royal Albert Memorial Museum & Art Gallery (RAMM) would like to take your photograph for promotional purposes. These images may appear in printed publications, on video, on websites or on social media.
To comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, we need your permission before we take any photographs or recordings of you. Please answer the questions below, then submit the form. We will not use the images taken, or any other information you provide, for any other purpose.
Where using an image of a child, parental consent is required if the child is below the age of 18. Children over the age of 13 should also be given an opportunity to give their consent. If you are giving consent for a child, please also fill out the ‘name of child’ field below and tick the box.
