RAMM represented at Digital Exeter

Digital Exeter is a new initiative to bring like-minded people together to meet, discuss and share knowledge with aim of ensuring that Exeter fully exploits the latest digital opportunities.
The first meeting is at the City Gate on 28 May 2015 and RAMM’s Digital Media Officer Rick Lawrence is one of the speakers. Follow @DigitalExeter on Twitter to keep up with developments. Rick is speaking about the development of RAMM’s new World Cultures website. He will describe the challenges met and technological solutions used to deliver a mobile friendly object rich website to online visitors. He will also contribute to the panel discussion on video broadcasting at the end of the evening.
The World Cultures website is just part of RAMM’s digital offer which includes free wifi in the museum, work with digital artists, the main museum website, collections websites and work produced with partners plus RAMM’s popular social media channels.
