Competition Terms and Conditions

  • All the information given about how to enter this competition is also part of these terms and conditions.
  • By entering the competition, you are agreeing to accept the rules and all of the terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter is the Royal Albert Memorial Museum & Art Gallery, Queen St, Exeter EX4 3RX.
  • The competition is open to anyone above the age of 18, except for employees of the Royal Albert Memorial Museum & Art Gallery (and their families).
  • You must be available on either 15, 22, 25, 29 or 31 August to take part in the tour.
  • You will be asked to provide your contact details and you must be able to receive notification of winning by email.
  • All entries must be made before the closing date of 23:59 on 30 July 2023. Any entries made after this time will be considered void.
  • The winner will be announced on the Promoter’s website and social media pages by 2 August 2022. They will be contacted via email. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to void the win and offer the prize to a second choice.
  • The winner will be awarded a behind the scenes tour of Gatekeepers to Heaven, in person at RAMM, for up to 4 people; up to 2 free children’s places at one of RAMM’s medieval themed family events; up to 2 RAMM kids’ goodybags.
  • The Promoter might be forced to change the competition conditions due to events beyond its control. The Promoter cannot be responsible for any such changes.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the competition if no suitable winner can be found.
  • English law applies and only jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
