RAMM has a range of meeting rooms that are suitable for meetings, lectures and special events. These rooms are also available for corporate and private hire.
Meeting rooms A & B
Situated on the lower floor, meeting rooms A and B can be accessed from the base of the Garden entrance staircase or from the Making History galley. Meeting room A is suited to talks and lectures and special activities. Meeting room B is suited to smaller events and is linked to a separate kitchen area. There is restricted access to the rooms, they are served by a suite of toilets and are commonly hired by schools for lunch breaks.
Garden meeting room
Immediately next to the Garden entrance, this brightly lit meeting room is suited to meetings, presentations and special activities.
World Cultures mezzanine
The mezzanine is suited to intimate meetings of 10 to 12 people. During opening hours care needs to be taken that noise levels are low and do not impair the enjoyment of visitors. The steep stairs leading to the mezzanine also have a wheel chair lift.
Many of the exhibitions housed in Gallery 20 allow for meetings, presentations and events to be held.
Commonly used for public activities and events, the courtyard is also available for hire outside opening hours. The high roof and stunning courtyard display make for atmospheric events.
Most work meetings for 15 to 20 people are held in RAMM’s Bradnich Offices, Gandy Street. Situated on the second floor above the Phoenix Arts Centre, they can be accessed by stairs or a lift.
