We’re going wild at RAMM this summer to celebrate our fabulous new exhibition, ‘Wild’.
Join us for our first nature loving activity as we celebrate some of Britain’s most captivating creatures – owls. The Barn Owl Trust will be on hand with a fascinating stall packed with engaging facts, fun activities, and expert insights into these beautiful birds.
Did you know that barn owls have specially adapted feathers that allow them to fly almost silently? Or that their heart-shaped face helps them to pinpoint the location of tiny prey in the dark?
Once you’re as wise as an owl, jump into our craft activity and create your very own baby owlet finger puppet and use your imagination to bring it to life.
If you’re really lucky, you may catch a glimpse of RAMM’s very own giant owl strutting about – don’t worry, she won’t bite!
The Barn Owl Trust will be onsite from 10.30am to 2.30pm.
Craft activities run 10.30am to 3.30pm (last entry 3pm) – £3.50 per child.
