Join us for a seasonal exploration of sights, sounds and textures of nature and midwinter-themed museum artefacts. Artist Fliss Shillingford guides us on a handling session with objects that tell our winter stories, from cosy blankets and hobnob boots to New Year menus and tools for navigating the Arctic North.

Part of RAMM’s Museum Meet Up sessions. These wellbeing mornings are for anyone experiencing anxiety, loneliness or low mood, or who may be supporting someone in a caring capacity. Sessions are designed to allow you some time to explore the museum in a supportive group and gain confidence to take part in cultural opportunities.
